Meet Tracey (Psychologist)

Services offered:

  • 1:1 psychology
  • Learning, ASD and ADHD assessments

Tracey has a wonderfully calm and reassuring presence that helps children and families feel comfortable from the moment they meet her. She believes every behaviour has a story, and that understanding always comes before strategy.

She especially enjoys supporting neurodivergent children and young people, including those with autism and ADHD, as well as children experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation challenges and school-related stress. Tracey loves helping children better understand themselves—their brains, their feelings and their strengths—while working closely with families and schools to create environments where they can thrive.

Children often connect quickly with Tracey's warm and flexible approach. Whether sessions involve conversation, games, creativity or movement, she adapts her style to each child's personality and interests, helping them build confidence one step at a time.

Tracey especially enjoys supporting...

  • Neurodivergent children and young people, including autism and ADHD
  • Children experiencing anxiety or feeling overwhelmed
  • Emotional regulation and building confidence
  • School-related stress and school can't
  • Cognitive and psychoeducational assessments
  • Working collaboratively with families, schools and other professionals

One thing Tracey wishes every family knew...

"You don't need to have the 'right words'—or even really want to be here —for us to do good work together. We'll figure it out in a way that feels comfortable for you."

Away from the therapy room...

Tracey grew up in South Africa and has some incredible stories—including a pet warthog named Charlotte and spending time with a rescue lion before he was released into a protected reserve. These days you'll usually find her reading fantasy novels, trying new foods or planning how she's finally going to catch every Pokémon.
