• Know we have space to continue — when you choose a "Get Started" appointment, that time is held for you at the selected frequency.

Choose Get Started if you'd like to begin exploring support for your child. 

The initial appointment time you book will be held for you fortnightly for ongoing sessions. Most families start fortnightly, giving your child time to practise between sessions while keeping enough consistency to build on what they're working on. 

Your first appointment is a parent intake, giving you time to talk with your clinician about what you've noticed, what matters to your child and family, and what you're hoping for support with.

Choose Problem Solving if you want a one-off appointment to talk through a particular concern, get some practical ideas or work out what might be useful next.

There's no expectation of ongoing appointments afterwards.
