Luna believes the most important part of therapy is creating a space where children and young people feel safe enough to be themselves. She knows that every person brings their own experiences, strengths and challenges, and enjoys getting to know each individual before deciding what approach will work best for them.

Luna especially enjoys supporting children and adolescents experiencing emotional challenges. Rather than relying on a single therapeutic approach, she takes the time to tailor sessions to each young person's needs, working collaboratively to build on strengths, develop practical skills and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence.

Families often appreciate Luna's genuine curiosity and compassionate nature. She believes therapy isn't about "fixing" children—it's about understanding them, celebrating who they are, and helping them develop the tools and supports they need to thrive. She also values creating a collaborative space where children and young people feel comfortable sharing what they want from therapy and having a genuine voice in the process.

Luna proudly describes herself as "a bit of a nerd". Outside of Playology you'll often find her playing video games, tabletop role-playing games or making her way through an ever-growing board game collection with friends. She's also a movie enthusiast with a soft spot for horror films, loves EDM, dreams of visiting the Maldives one day, and is already planning to adopt some rabbits once she's settled into her new home.
